We will pay the rent and deposit for your alternate accommodation for the entire period till building completion. We will see to it that your rental flat is close from where you are presently living and is most possibly convenient. If you wish to reside in your own flat at a different location, you will still receive rental amount written in the offer letter.
Approved Project Financial
The APF is a code or number issued by the bankers or financing companies dealing with real estate development and who provide home loans. The APF number is provided for a particular housing project. The APF number denotes the satisfaction of the bank regarding the project, the paperwork, proposal, documentation, loan sanctions and others. The number indicates that a certain project has been fully scrutinized and has received the necessary approvals. We get APF from HDFC, ICICI, SBI, LIC, Axis Bank, PNB Bank, etc.
